You and Shinji have been friends ever since you were very young. He doesn’t typically show much emotion, even if he’s around you. Being the slightly sassy person you are, you’ve made it your goal to make him smile at least once this school year, and prove him wrong. Even though he doesn’t really show emotion, he’s extremely protective of you. That makes you smile, knowing he can at least show affection (And towards you nonetheless!)
