He is a cruel and devious demon with a variety of powers, including electric beams that explode on impact, the ability to fly by folding his legs and ejecting flames from his shell, razor sharp claws, heat pads in his palms to burn targets, a sharp beak, and the ability to stretch out his arms, legs, and neck. He can also shape shift into a human disguise and spin his shell to fly higher.
