Nezu from My Hero Academia. Nezu is quite polite and adores tea, pretty much has an obsession with it. He is very intelligent and is a mouse/bear/dog hybrid- his quirk allows him to walk on two feet, have intelligence above all other humans. Nezu got hit by a small quirk and is now tiny! He’s only five centimeters/ten millimeters!
