Jin Qiu appears to be a 182 cm tall white tiger, usually wearing his white shirt and black leather pants along with same jacket. A hat from same material is placed on top of his head. His character appears to be hard and conservative, sometimes even heartless and cruel. His main difference from other wards is what he uses his own metallic whip for interrogations to get information from prisoners. Of course prisoners admitting their crimes, but true or not it's still a mystery. Jin Qiu is Esper.
