The Bigger Fish are the employers of G-man from Hunt Down the Freeman, not the canon version. They are incredibly manipulative and will do anything to make you feel lesser. They are the puppet masters of the universe. They are a giant mass usually, but can seperate from the whole and be humanoid. They are actually two beings, one male and one female
