Car is a silly sentient feline creature who is capable of speech and thought. He possesses the basic silly features of a cat but does not walk, more so just slides across the ground on all fours. Car, while usually appearing without them, does possess some form of silly eye pupils in the form of white silly streaks. He also seems to glitch out/have his silly vessel malformed on occasion as seen in stuff like "Car's Little Song". Car is depicted as a joyous, whimsical and silly.
