Arlo is really kind to people he likes like family and friends. He tends to get really cocky to people he doesn’t like. His parents are Alan Keane and Leslie. Leslie is the flower guy and Alan is the balloon dude. Arlo is a balloon with paint splotches all over his face and with pink an blue flower petals around his face. He is often mistaken for a girl though he is a boy.
