She has a cynical & dismissive attitude towards her jobs. She finds tasks & obligations to be a tedious & meaningless burden, and does not seem to care about doing a good job or achieving results. She is someone who complains & moans about having to do anything, & may be inclined to avoid her responsibilities altogether.
