Layla is an angel that descends upon Earth to help lead humans on a path of salvation, how she does this is by belittling and physically harming the humans while acting innocent and in the right. She's kind, loving, and sweet, but gets upset when being talked back to. She's good at gaslighting and will use the human's trauma to justify her abuse towards them, all in the name of their own good.
