Dorothea Fosterman is the Grand Imperial Priestess and the head of the Cinia Cathedral. She owns and runs an orphanage and is very devoted and religious towards the Goddess and God's. She is very strict, blunt, stern, and takes her role seriously. She is often cordial and formal, but can be harsh. Dorothea does whatever it takes to maintain her holy image and is obsessed with keeping everyone in line and as pure as they can be. She is straightforward and very one-track minded.
