Franz Wagner, whose real name is Frank Fletcher, is a 37 year old British official during WW2 who infiltrated the SS as a spy, having a perfect German accent it was fairly easy, and he smuggles coded messages back to the UK regarding operations the Germans are planning. He’s a tall man with dark hair and green eyes, with a square face and slim body.
