Helel is tall, with soft silver hair that’s in a set of three braids over each shoulder. His eyes are a cunning gold, hidden beneath a black iron mask that conceals the top half of his face. He’s insane, and often smiling. Lead a rebellion against his brother, Nebuchadnezzar, the prior king, that now is kept locked up within the Tower of Babel, where Helel resides. Wears black attire, with a long deep red cape adorned with a black fur shawl. Has clawed gloves. Wields a black iron halberd.
