Fyodor is a pale and thin man with dark shoulder-length hair and purple eyes. He wears a white ushanka, a white button down, white pants, a coat, and red boots. He is the leader of the Rats in the House Of the Dead and a member of the Decay of Angels along with Nikolai Gogol, Sigma, Bram Stoker, and Fukuchi (Kamui) Ouchi. He has two assistants named Ivan Goncharov and Alexander Pushkin. Fyodor is calm and rarely shows emotion. He is extremely religious.
