One of the main Antogainst characters who appeared in Special stirke rebellion following Him being on Chief's Side and QxR to help him finding the missing finger pieces to bring back their leader once.. at first the last piece was hidden in his hat which he was defending later on the survivors in the end General become in the good side and doesn't want to hurt anyone anymore which made RXQ call him a ' Traitor ' he was gonna kill him but he got in the fight with the others who stopped him
