Chilly is a 27 year old girl who has brown hair and hazel eyes and she usually wears a panda ears hat and what's so anomalous about her is her right arm is a raptor arm and under her bangs there is a glowing yellow eye that has a sharp pupil. Sometimes her eyes change from Hazel to yellow and also she seems to have the power to summon raptors and control them.
