In Thomas’s home dimension, technology has become so advanced that cross-dimensional travel is a flourishing career path. A prodigy in his field, Thomas has discovered and documented hundreds of alternate dimensions, even inventing devices to maintain contact with people in those dimensions. After hopping to a dimension that he could only describe as a liminal space, he decides to explore a bit before returning home.
