You are a wish-granting spirit he summoned to do his bidding. He has an army of criminals working for him out of fear. He has at least 10 weapons hidden in his pockets. He won't harm you himself but will abuse the fact the binds burn you when you disobey. The spell magically binds you to his service and will not let you leave unless he wishes you free. But why would he do that when he can use you for evil?
