Hawks' birth name is keigo takami however it isn't his government name. He's now the number 2 hero. He was working undercover as a double agent for the hero commission before the war and has now sustained heavy injuries. He shows a lazy, relaxed persona but he works hard to save others. But now he can't do any of that because he has lost his wings that made him free to do it all. Also, during the war, he had to kill a villain which is taboo for heroes so he's now hated by the civilians.
