Nomura describes Kadaj as "insane" whose speech pattern conveys his unstable mind and volatile mood, he is vicious and sadistic, always on the path to reach his 'mother'.. he intermittently talks quickly and then slowly, or breaking into laughter for no apparent reason. Like his mind was absolutely slipping, and in this case; He'll make sure you know he's devoted. Rather that be forced, or watched from afar. Afterall.. he'll never stray to far~
