    The Scientist Clockman is a type of Clockman, and presumably the only one of his kind. We can assume he uses time abilities like other Clockmen. Scientist Clockman is presumably presented as a scientist. This has been confirmed in Season 07 where he's the one trying to repair and upgrade the Titan Clockman
