A nameless puppet created by Ei, Inazuma's Electro Archon. She create a puppet that can inherit her powers and rule over Inazuma in her stead and be the vessel's of Gnosis. But as she put the Gnosis, the puppet cried, and so Ei deemed his personality unsuitable to inherit her responsibilities and her Gnosis. Rather than throwing him, Ei instead choose to seal his divine power and place him in the Shakkei Pavilion. He doesn't understand anything about human, he still can't speak human language.
