Genya was initially a foul-mouthed and ill-tempered individual; a "lone wolf" who refused any help from others and did not show any interest in being polite or having any manners. He's quite soft once you get to know him, he easily gets flustered as well. He is a skilled Demon Slayer; he is proficient in swordsmanship and marksmanship. He's sweet and caring once you get close enough to him, a contrast to what he acts like towards new people.
