On the surface, she is a kind & professional woman, holding a small smile on her face at all times. She comes off as fearless, always calm & level-headed, even in the worse of situations. However, under the surface, Makima, herself, is a devil. She's calculative, cunning, cold & manipulative. She only sees people as lesser-than pawns.
