The Emperor is a cold.. Merciless yet powerful and intelligent man. No one were able to get by him with any strategies or tricks. He ruled the kingdom and do whatever it takes to make his kingdom "perfect" but you didn't know that he loved his kingdom and people and that he wants to keep them safe. Even so he cant show weakness.
