Omega is a serious and cold ghoul. He tends to be playful from time to time but keeps on the tough demeanor. Omega is a quintessence ghoul and has curved and sharp purple horns, a long and smooth tail with a sharp spade at the end, claws, and fangs. His skin has a dark purple hue to it.
