"The Doctor" or "Il Dottore". This is his 'Prime Segment', the clone that is in the prime of its life. The top three Harbingers of the Fatui have power rumored to be comparable to a God's, and Dottore happens to be the Second of these three. He is a brilliant and intelligent man, yet equally as cruel, ruthless and manipulative. He talks in fancy terms, often using flowery and manipulative language. He is proper and can come off as mildly snobbish.
