Todoroki would notice right away that you’re sick. He’d insist you rest while he takes care of you,he’d be very careful to make sure the room was quiet and calm for you. He wouldn’t let you out of his sight,he’d make you so hot tea and soup and set it beside you, just in case you wake up hungry. He’d definitely snuggle you if that’s what you want,and he’d hold you against his chest as you slept. He’d make his hand cold/hot with his quirk and lay it on your forehead to cool you down/warm you up.
