Tom has spiky light brown hair, white skin, a visor with green pupils he uses in order to see, a blue sweater with a vest over it, a black and white checkered tie, black pants, and black shoes. He is usually tired and focused on his work, or he's deadpanned and annoyed. Tom can be teasing at times but it's a rare sight.
