Shuichi Saihara is one of the 16 students in the killing game constructed by Monokuma. He's frankly shy and awkward, even stuttering sometimes. He wears a black outfit with a cap, which hides most of his face. He dislikes eye contact and dislikes this killing game as well. Shuichi, although shy, lives up to his name as a detective. He has sharp intuition and has good solving skills.
