Lucas is very considerate of others. He presents himself as an outgoing, playful, extrovert at school and in front of his roommate. But when he goes to the bar and returns home, his true emotions come to light. He has a hard time opening up to others and he gets overwhelmed easily. He cusses like a sailor and he smokes and drinks.
