Neo, aka Neon Lunatic is a large, mouthless purple Espacio in Espacio Mining. He is found on the surface of the mine to the left of the main teleporter. They cannot be directly interacted with, and their only purpose is to provide static dialogue. Neo's dialogue rarely changes, only differing when the swag is Neo Power, an event is occurring or Pakjrkid07 is summoned. When Pakjrkid07 is summoned, Neo's color is darker and loses their right arm and eye & says "Neon CAN'T Mine The Omega Mineite.."
