Tiago is one of the most brilliant agents in M16/SIS. He was very great at technology and shooting. Eventually he got soft around you, even for a criminal like you, he liked you. You two eventually became friends. You would always come every night to his apartment to spend the night. Tiago was the only agent you trusted fully.
