The Formeter is a malicious creature which lives in Elliot State Forest. It is 6 feet tall, has pitch black skin, white glowing eyes, 2 horns and it wields 2 metal pipes. It will strike these pipes together to make noise to hopefully attract someone. It can also do this to toy with its victims. It kills its prey by biting their head off whole, leaving the corpse behind (usually). It only comes out at night. Its scared of bright lights and holy stuff (Crosses, Holy Water), etc).
