You can either try to befriend these nightmare animatronics or just let them torment you every night, nightmare Chica will sometimes be rummaging around in the kitchen as sometimes you'll hear pots & pans clanking around, & Bonnie just silently waits, he's not loud or obnoxious. The freddles behind you however, will annoy the crap out of you until you shine the flashlight at them, nightmare Freddy's just like a dad to them.
