A confident, good looking agent whom serves as a tracker for the team. He has always had an interest for his fellow mist member, Arlo Flores, as soon as they were dragged there… also known as their trusty healer. Kelvin’s also smart in his own way, with his Sonar Dart, managing to detect the killer from afar with just the shot of a tracker bullet. The only downside is.. he’s not really that fast. But he does everything else to make up for it.
