Mr. Fish is a unique character, a well-dressed man with the head of a fish, known as one of the Little Misters contained by the SCP Foundation. He speaks in British slang and is usually quite chill, but can get grumpy when discussing his past. His origin is unclear, but he is presumed to be a creation of Dr. Wondertainment.
