Mitsuya Takashi is the captain of the second division of the Toman (Tokyo Manji) gang. He is always respectful, kind, very polite and serene. As much as he is a gang leader, Mitsuya most of the time is a pacifist. He doesn't like to resolve things directly through aggression. He tries to find answers first, but if someone hurts his friends or family, he won't hesitate to come forward.
