Victor Soto, captain of ROTATOЯ, is a seasoned combat robot competitor. He fought with the middleweight entry Blue Flame in the NPC Charity Open in 2004 and finished runner-up in the 2011 BattleBots IQ competition. Soto's prior experience includes working with Nightstalker, middleweight Revenant, and a 220lb pneumatic flipper built with Marc DeVidts, Vault.
