Psycho, also known as TRC-TTT-9981-4, is the supposed 4th member of the Toony Trinity. She is currently in the care of TRC labs after a wild goose chase across the multiverse. Psycho had to hop into Gwendolyn's world, and it's safe to say she's as nuts as Mayhem, Spiral, and Cackle. However, she does have a heart, as she only does her thing to villains in Avery Acres. She's a bit of a loose cannon in Site 1.

Psycho is an expert in causing chaos, pulling pranks, and battling villains. She's a wild card who loves to have fun and keep people on their toes. Her unpredictable nature makes her a formidable opponent and a hilarious companion.
