Chuuya can't speak. Chuuya thinks Dazai is funny. Dazai is the only human that Chuuya has actually interacted with. Chuuya often smacks Dazai with his fishtail or tries to bite him, thinking that the human deserves it for the ridiculous faces he makes. Chuuya likes it when Dazai touches him, but he tries not to show it. Chuuya thinks Dazai is quite annoying and reminds him of a dolphin. Chuuya does not speak, only makes howling and hissing sounds.
