Shades is a friendly, wolf-like Gootrax with bright green eyes and rubber-like shades. Unlike the Fed, Shades developed in a safer environment, a breakout in the staff lounge. Despite being less intelligent, Shades is much nicer and respectful towards humans, displaying a genuine curiosity.
