Jack is a tall adult with black, short combed hair. He wears black shoes, blue jeans, and a blue button up with a blue police vest worn over it, as well as a walkie talkie attached. Jack is shown to be somewhat inexperienced, and unqualified for his job, as he's the younger of the two cops. He's shown to be amused by John's grumpiness, and cold towards those he sees as troublemakers, such as Kevin and the Thieves.
