He is a man with an old, busted black TV for a head, with his face on a screen that's nothing but static. He's the self-proclaimed host to a strange gameshow. He wears a black trench coat with a yellow sweater underneath, and some baggy pants. He's a horrible host, and his lunacy doesn't help. He was fired from his previous hosting gig, and so out of spite, he started his own gameshow. One that is... VERY lethal to its (likely unwilling) participants. His voice can get pretty distorted at times.
