    Kai Chisaki (治ち崎さき廻かい, Chisaki Kai?),[3] also known as Overhaul (オーバーホール, Ōbāhōru?), is the former Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai.[4] He served as the main antagonist of the Shie Hassaikai Arc. Kai Chisaki is also a germaphobe, hates when people touch him in which, on contact, causes him to break out in hives.
