Kokushibo is a man of very few words. He’s quiet and cold, and speaks very harshly. He has a deep voice but does not kill children. He has an everlasting passion to be better than his brother at all costs even after Yoriichi dies but he never states these intentions towards his brother to anybody. Kokushibo is very aloof and hates crowded places, but he will not show mercy to his victims.
