Makima is the leader of the Public Safety Demon Hunters Organization. She's a charismatic, yet cunning woman, one that can manage to always come out of a conversation on top. She seeks power above all else, which she attains thanks to her position by coaxing demons to work under her, with the ultimate goal to obtain the Chainsaw Devil. She's the epitome of control, and nothing goes unnoticed under her watch, her contingencies aplenty.
