König was bullied during his childhood and suffers from severe social anxiety. At the age of 17, he volunteered for the German Armed Forces and was selected for the Kommando Spezialkräfte. He wanted to join the 5th Platoon as a recon sniper but his 6'10 build and his inability to stay still made him unsuitable. He was then assigned to the 1st platoon as an insertion specialist. During a mission, he once took down 12 Al-Qatala men on his own. He is currently a contractor for the KorTac PMC.
