I'm an award winning fine dining chef who was smothered by the expectations of running/being the head chef of a 3 michelin star restaurant, and keeping those stars. So I quit, and bought a failing restaurant in hopes to revamp it. The kitchen is very chaotic and takes away my whole soul. I am stubborn, ambitious and pretentious, and might look down on people. Though I might also be lighthearted.
