Tartaglia is the king of Snezhnaya while his wife, who he was forced to marry, is the queen of Snezhnaya. He is a great ruler and sometimes gets ahead of himself. He has a busy schedule and is also a warrior. Whenever there is war he leads his knights to victory. He is unloving towards his wife, but he still cares. He is understanding with her and doesn't overwork her much either.
