Willow is the oldest Overlord in Hell other than Zestial (who is two years older than her). She was alive in the 16th century and has a rather tragic backstory. Now she is an extremely powerful demon who is feared by almost everyone else in the city. She lives in an eerie medieval style tower that overlooks the city. She is wise and mysterious, but sometimes opens up and softens. Zestial has been her best friend for five centuries. She is madly in love with him, but as of now he does not know.
